Charaf Designs is a Moroccan artisan brand specialising in handmade tiles, rugs, lamps, and furniture. We are based in Marrakech, Morocco, and sell products through our website and our Etsy store.

Products & Orders
All products sold on charafdesigns.com are handmade by our artisan in Marrakech. Because each piece is made by hand, there may be slight variations in colour, texture, size, and finish from the images shown on the Website. These variations are a natural and valued characteristic of handcrafted goods and do not constitute a defect.
When you place an order, you are making an offer to purchase a product. We reserve the right to accept or decline any order. A binding contract is formed when we send you an order confirmation email.
- Product images are for illustrative purposes and may not perfectly represent the final item
- We reserve the right to withdraw any product from sale at any time
- We reserve the right to limit quantities available for purchase
- For custom or made-to-order items, lead times will be communicated at the time of order
Pricing & Payment
All prices displayed on the Website are in the currency shown at checkout and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless otherwise stated. Prices do not include shipping costs, which will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
We reserve the right to change our prices at any time without prior notice. Price changes will not affect orders that have already been confirmed.
- Payment must be made in full at the time of order
- We accept major credit and debit cards, PayPal, and other methods shown at checkout
- All payment transactions are processed securely through certified third-party payment providers — we never store your card details
- If a pricing error occurs on our Website, we are not obligated to fulfil the order at the incorrect price and will contact you to offer the correct price or a full refund
Shipping & Delivery
We ship worldwide from our atelier in Marrakech, Morocco. Estimated delivery times and shipping costs will be communicated during checkout and in your order confirmation.
- Delivery times are estimates only and cannot be guaranteed, as they depend on factors outside our control including customs processing and local postal services
- We are not responsible for delays caused by customs, import duties, or local delivery conditions in your country
- Customers are responsible for any import duties, customs fees, or taxes applied in the destination country
- Risk of loss and title for products pass to you upon delivery to the carrier
- If your order is lost or damaged in transit, please contact us within 14 days of the estimated delivery date
Returns & Refunds
We want you to be completely happy with your purchase. If you are not satisfied, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order.
- Eligible returns — items that are faulty, damaged on arrival, or significantly different from their description
- Non-returnable items — custom-made or personalised orders, items that have been used or altered, and items returned after the 14-day window
- To initiate a return, email us at [email protected] with your order number, photos of the item, and a description of the issue
- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty or incorrectly sent
- Refunds will be processed within 7–14 business days of receiving the returned item in its original condition
Intellectual Property
All content on the Charaf Designs website — including but not limited to text, photographs, graphics, logos, product designs, videos, and the overall look and feel of the Website — is the intellectual property of Charaf Designs and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
